  • Articulation Agreements

Our vocational and academic programs are aligned with over 20 colleges and post-secondary institutions that recognize the rigor of our curriculum and the skills our graduates acquire.

  • Shop Safety & Clothing Requirements
The safety of our students is our number one priority. In the beginning of the school year, all students are provided with one pair of safety glasses. If students want additional pairs of glasses, they can be purchased at the school store or in the Main Office. Other safety procedures and clothing requirements are created and enforced based on specific safety concerns in each shop.

    Freshmen Exploratory
At the beginning of the school year, BVT will provide each freshman with a 100% cotton t-shirt with the BVT logo. While in Exploratory, students are expected to wear their BVT t-shirt and closed toed, leather shoes. If students want additional t-shirts, there is a limited supply available for purchase by contacting the vocational office.

    Returning Upperclassmen
Due to different safety concerns, our students in select programs are required to wear a specific uniform* while in shop. If your child is in the Auto Collision and Repair, Automotive Technology, HVAC/R, Electrical, Manufacturing Technology, or Plumbing shops and you plan to purchase your child’s uniform from another company, be sure that the product is made of 100% cotton for fire safety reasons.

    * See clothing requirements for each vocational department.
