Map Your Future with Our Career & College Action PlansAs part of post-secondary planning, we encourage our students to begin with the end in mind. To that end, our school counselors assist juniors and seniors in developing their Career & College Action Plans. This portfolio piece is a helpful tool for putting their next step plans into motion. These assignments require students to do significant research and create an individualized step-by-step plan for meeting their post-graduation goal. Our freshmen and sophomores also complete a Career & College Action Plan in their career enrichment courses.
