Hands-on Projects
Beverage Campaign : In this project, our students complete a beverage marketing campaign where they learn to create a company brand from its inception. They must first invent a company and then develop its “personality” through the use of fonts, a color palette, logo design, and messaging. Students design a label for their product and photograph the final 3-D product to use in the advertising campaign, which involves staging with props of their choosing. Lastly, our students build on their original branding scheme to create merchandise that showcases the brand further, including corporate stationery and wearables like shirts, hats, bags, and more.
Product Photography: They say “practice makes perfect,” and that’s exactly why our students begin learning the aspects of product photography as sophomores and continue to polish their skills as they move through the program.
