Celebrating Our Skilled Seniors
Career Signing Day is an exciting and meaningful tradition at our school. This special event honors our graduating seniors as they publicly commit to their next step after high school — whether that means joining a skilled trade, beginning an apprenticeship, accepting a full-time job offer, or entering military service.
Modeled after the energy and excitement of college athletic signing ceremonies, Career Signing Day shines a spotlight on students who are launching directly from high school into high-skill, high-wage career and service pathways that keep our communities running strong.
Students are recognized in front of family, friends, classmates, educators, and industry partners as they sign letters of intent or employment agreements and celebrate the opportunities they have earned through hard work, technical training, and dedication.
Honoring Career PathwaysCareer Signing Day celebrates seniors pursuing opportunities such as:
- Military enlistment
- Union apprenticeships
- Skilled trades careers
- Public safety and service professions
- Immediate employment in industry
- Technical and workforce training programs
At BVT, we believe success after graduation takes many forms. Career Signing Day highlights the value, dignity, and importance of career and technical education while recognizing the essential workforce leaders of tomorrow. These students are entering careers that power our economy, strengthen our infrastructure, protect our communities, and shape the future.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CLASS OF 2026
We’re proud to celebrate the ambition, skill, grit, and determination of our graduating seniors. Their futures are bright, and their impact will be felt for years to come.
The Co-Op experience is made possible through partnerships with a growing network of local businesses that support students each year, demonstrating the program’s positive impact on both the workforce and the community. We encourage our community to support the businesses and industry partners that invest in career and technical education and help prepare the next generation of skilled professionals.
