To gain a clearer understanding of what it means to be a professional in today's workforce, our Career Enrichment department is creating opportunities for our juniors to hear directly from panels of professionals in aspirational trades about their educational and career choices. 

A Day with Industry Experts
Our 3rd annual Industry Insights event was held on Wednesday, December 17th. The well-attended seminars welcomed a wide range of business and industry leaders who generously took time out of their day to share insights into their professional experiences, credentials, further education, and the day-to-day realities of their full-time employment. By design, it focuses on "bridging the gap" between our students and employers, providing industry-specific insight to enhance classroom lessons on employability, career readiness, and career navigation.

The seminar schedule included three sessions and four panels. A moderator led each session, allowing students time to ask questions or speak one-on-one with industry representatives after the presentation.
