Give Kids A Smile
Thanks to the efforts of our Dental Assisting students and staff, BVT is a proud participant in the American Dental Association's annual Give Kids A Smile program. During this one-day event, dental professionals across the country volunteer their time to provide free services to children who do not have access to dental care. 

BVT will provide participating students transportation to and from an off-campus oral health center, where free dental care will be prioritized according to treatment needs. If a student has dental insurance, the insurance company will be charged, and the participating oral health center will absorb any remaining balance.

College Application Fee Waivers
Students participating in the free & reduced meals program are eligible to receive college application fee waivers. Please contact your school counselor for more information.

PSAT Fee Waivers
Students participating in the free & reduced meals program are eligible to receive a PSAT fee waiver on a first-come, first-served basis when registering for the PSAT in the Business Office.  

ACT/SAT Fee Waivers
Students participating in the free & reduced meals program are eligible to receive a fee waiver for the ACT and/or SAT on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact your school counselor for more information.

Thanksgiving Drive
Our Student Council raises money each November to purchase grocery store gift cards to support our families in need. The gift cards are free and will help families of our students to buy all the fixings for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Participation in this program is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your family needs a gift card or you would like to donate to this program, please contact your teen's school counselor. 

Holiday Gift Drive
Our Student Council raises money each December to purchase holiday gifts for BVT students in need and their families. Participation in this program is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to donate to the Student Council in support of this program or would like to inquire about participating in this program, please contact your teen's school counselor.
