Before your teen returns to school, they must have a physical exam to ensure they’ll be ready for their all-day gym class or join a sports team this fall. We encourage you to see their primary care physicians. But if that is not possible, we have summer hours for physicals on: 

• Wednesday, July 30th – No More Appointments Available. Schedule Is Full!
• Friday, August 8th – 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
