There may come a time when your teen is not feeling well at school and needs medical attention. No worries. You can contact our clinic staff with questions or schedule an appointment for your teen by completing the form below. We will respond by phone or e-mail during regular school hours and call your teen from class for their appointment as their academic and vocational schedules allow. Walk-ins are also welcome during school hours.
