Dr. Lee is our Medical Director of the Center for Adolescent and Young Adult Health, which is affiliated with Milford Regional Medical Center. She is a board-certified family physician who has focused her clinical experience and expertise on adolescent health care. She has over twelve years of experience in caring for adolescents as well as multi-generational families in her past practice locations in Massachusetts. Dr. Lee graduated from Boston University School of Medicine and did her residency training at the University of Massachusetts’s Department of Family and Community Medicine in Worcester, where she later served as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Lee has a particular fondness for School Based Health Centers as her own mother staffed the “nurse’s office” at the high school in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she grew up.

Jenna is a Family Nurse Practitioner in our School Based Health Center and is employed by Milford Regional Medical Center. Jenna graduated from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY. She worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for six years in private practice before joining our healthcare team. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she had 10 years of experience as an RN working in several different specialties, including pediatrics, cardio, and dialysis. Jenna genuinely enjoys helping people and has an open-door policy that all are welcome at any time.

Ms. Ciarametaro is a Registered Dietitian who received her Master’s in Nutrition from Framingham State University. Lisa has a special interest in enhancing wellness through functional nutrition, for which she has completed extensive training. She is also a Certified Leap Therapist specializing in food sensitivities and intolerances. Lisa oversees our school’s Nutrition & Fitness for Life program and provides nutrition counseling through our School Based Health Center. She enjoys working with all age groups, but especially with our students.

Erin is a Mental Health Counselor in our School Based Health Center and is employed by Riverside Community Care in Milford as a youth psychotherapist, providing mental health counseling for our students. Erin has a master's degree in Counseling and Sport Psychology from Boston University. She has many years of experience in the medical and mental health fields, ranging from sports medicine to crisis counseling to outpatient therapy. Erin uses her background to provide a holistic, person-centered approach to her therapy sessions. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, identity exploration, and adapting to major life changes caused by injury and/or medical diagnoses.

Sean is a Social Worker in our School Based Health Center and is employed by Riverside Community Care in Milford as a psychotherapist, providing mental health counseling to our students. Sean has a master's degree in Social Work and a Master of Science in Disaster Resilience Leadership from Tulane University and many years of experience working with children and adolescents in different settings, from in-home work to mobile crisis to outpatient therapy, using a person-centered approach. He has knowledge in trauma, family, and group work with experience in a wide variety of mental health concerns.

Brad works as our Community Health Worker in the School Based Health Center and has years of experience working in school settings as a health teacher and a behavioral health worker. In his role Brad coordinates with SBHC and staff members to identify and help students stay on track to achieve their academic and vocational goals. He coordinates a variety of outreach initiatives and provides health education in collaboration with BVT staff.

Brooke is our School Based Health Center Secretary. She has 25 years of administrative and customer service experience, which translates perfectly into this role. Brooke likes to ensures that students always feel comfortable and safe when visiting our center. She works closely with our Nurse Practitioner, Community Outreach Coordinator, School Nurses, as well as with the School Counselors to ensure that our student's needs are identified and met, allowing them to stay focused on their school work.
