AP Exams
Are you interested in earning college credits while in high school? Students who earn a qualifying score on an Advanced Placement (AP) Exam can receive credit at many colleges and universities. This can be a great head start to your college career.
Important Changes to the AP Program & Exams
Every student taking an AP course must have an up-to-date College Board Account. Upon returning to school, students will join online through the AP Class Section of their College Board Account for each AP course in which they are enrolled. This step provides teachers and students with a plethora of new tools and resources to use throughout the school year, including AP question banks and Personal Progress Checks.
The AP Exams are administered in May 2024. Participating in the AP Exam is mandatory for students enrolled in an AP course. AP Exams average approximately 3 hours and are timed tests. Students are not allowed to leave early.
