MCAS, AP, SAT, PSAT, Oh My!
Throughout the school year, our students participate in different assessments aimed at answering the question that is on many parents' minds...“Is my teen learning?” The results help ensure that each student receives the instruction and knowledge they need to succeed in the classroom and in their future careers.
Some assessments, such as the MCAS exams, provide feedback related to state frameworks and standards, while others, such as the SAT or ACT, help students gain college admissions and secure scholarship opportunities. Keeping track of the different exams and requirements can be challenging, so we’ve created the following timeline as a reference for our students and their parents. Our school counselors can work directly with students to answer questions and develop a personal assessment calendar.
