Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: You will receive a 100% refund if we cancel a course or if the course is full at the time your payment is received. However, textbooks, course supplies, and materials are non-refundable. Please note that grant-funded students are NOT eligible for a refund.
Q: What happens if I have to withdraw?
A: If you withdraw five or more days before the course start date, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. Less than five days before the start date, you’ll receive a 75% on-account credit. On or after the course start date (including one-night courses), NO refund or credit will be issued.
Q: What happens if I have on-account credits?
A: On-account credits can be applied to any course. They are non-transferable to other students. They do expire one year from the issue date. Note: Refund and withdrawal policies may differ for certain courses and do not apply to career, certificate, or license courses.
Q: Do I need to bring any supplies to class?
A: Yes, just a few. Please bring pens, pencils, and a notebook. All other supplies and materials are provided at no additional charge.
A: Should a class be canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the class will be rescheduled for that same day of the week, unless other arrangements are made between the instructor and students. When regular day school is canceled due to weather-related conditions or other emergency events, our adult evening classes will automatically be canceled.
