ValleyCast, a Thriving Art & Cultural Center

A Showcase of Creativity & Musical Stylings

Tucked among the historic mills in downtown Whitinsville, you'll find ValleyCast, a thriving art and cultural center. Its mission is to foster creativity and engage and educate the communities within the Blackstone Valley. We couldn't think of a more perfect venue to showcase our annual Spring Art Show & Concert. So, join us for an opening reception on Wednesday, April 2nd, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

This annual event displays the creative work and talent of students who participate in our chorus and band and are enrolled in our Visual Arts program, which continues to thrive at a time when many organizations are replacing or relinquishing their art programs altogether.

Inspiring Visual Art
This artistic showcase will envelop you in color and texture with two- and three-dimensional works of art. Each grade level will be represented, along with our seniors in the Advanced Art Studio classes whose original works will showcase their unique vision and the culmination of their art studies. It's an excellent opportunity to view our student's artwork and portfolio pieces from our seniors who will soon apply for their first creative job or continue their education at an art school in the fall.

Music that Moves You
The evening wouldn't be complete without a musical performance by our chorus and band in the auditorium at 7:00 p.m. Our musically talented students will perform top hits, folk music, and traditional songs that are sure to move you. To complement our students' diverse range of musical prowess, our senior soloists will also entertain you with songs from Grease and The Beatles.

You won't want to miss it!
