Dr. Kathryn (Katie) Lee, MD
Dr. Lee is our Medical Director of the Center for Adolescent and Young Adult Health which is affiliated with Milford Regional Medical Center. She is a board-certified family physician who has focused her clinical experience and expertise on adolescent health care. She has over twelve years of experience in caring for adolescents as well as multi-generational families in her past practice locations in Massachusetts. Dr. Lee graduated from Boston University School of Medicine and did her residency training at the University of Massachusetts’s Department of Family and Community Medicine in Worcester where she later served as an Assistant Professor. Of note, Dr. Lee has a particular fondness for School Based Health Centers as her own mother staffed the “nurse’s office” at the high school in Honolulu, Hawaii where she grew up.
Arika Henry, MS, RN, CPNP
Arika is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for our School Based Health Center, and she is employed by Milford Regional Medical Center. Arika graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, where she was a member of the Division I Rowing program. She then went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing from Boston College. She is PNCB board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Arika values the importance of building trusting relationships with each adolescent she cares for and believes in helping them be active participants in their healthcare through education and guidance.
Martha Pellegrino, MEd, RDN, LDN, ACSM-CPT
Martha is our Nutrition Educator. She oversees the school's Nutrition and Fitness Program (VITA) and provides nutrition counseling through our School Based Health Center. Martha is a Registered Dietitian, who received her Masters of Education degree in Nutrition Education from Framingham State University. She is also a personal trainer, with certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Martha enjoys working with all age groups, with a special interest in enhancing well-being through nutrition and fitness.
Robin Brown, LICSW
Robin is a Mental Health Counselor in our School Based Health Center. Robin is employed by Riverside Community Care in Upton as a psychotherapist and provides mental health counseling to our students. She received a Masters of Social Work from Simmons College. She has many years of experience working in outpatient mental health settings, providing treatment to both adolescents and adults. Robin's areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues.
Jillian Erlich, LICSW
Jillian is a Mental Health Counselor in our School Based Health Center and is employed by Riverside Community Care in Upton as their Child and Adolescent Supervisor. She helps our students navigate life's many challenges using a variety of techniques and is especially invested in making sure that every student feels heard and understood. Jillian has experience in not only outpatient therapy but also in crisis management with at-risk children and adolescents. She received her Masters of Social Work from Hunter College in New York City.
Maureen Menard, Office Coordinator/Community Outreach
Maureen is our School Based Health Center Coordinator and also works with local Community Outreach Programs. She has enjoyed being an employee of Milford Regional Medical Center since 2004. Maureen works closely with our providers as well as the School Nurses and Guidance Counselors to ensure your student's needs are attended to.
