McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Act

Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School is committed to ensuring continued enrollment, attendance and the opportunity to succeed in school for homeless youth.

Definition of Homelessness: Youth who lack a regular, adequate and fixed nighttime residence including: youth who share housing with other persons due to loss of housing or economic hardship; youth living in emergency or transitional shelters; youth living in motels, campgrounds, trailer parks, etc as well as unaccompanied youth.
